AI REV Voice for sales managers
Know where your
team needs you.
Start the review with the context. Leave with clear owners, deadlines, and the follow-through already prepared.
Prism connects your team’s shared conversations with the work behind each deal. Ask what needs attention, coach the next move, and let Operator prepare the updates. Your corrections make the next review better.
A brief from shared meetings, emails, and the account history.
Prism can message or call teammates to confirm the missing detail.
A pipeline review
with the story behind it.
See the stage, owner, and value of each deal, then follow it back to the client’s emails, notes, and meetings. Ask Prism what changed, which question is still open, or where a next step needs an owner.
Use Voice’s pipeline on its own, or connect your existing CRMs with two-way sync. New business, renewals, and partnerships can each have their own board and team.

Check the assumption.
Deal value and probability give you a weighted view of the pipeline. Keep it distinct from closed revenue, and use the underlying conversations to challenge the next step.
Keep the review moving.
Ask for a brief before the team meeting, at your desk or by phone. Prism brings together the shared context so you can spend the conversation deciding what to do.
Coach the moment.
Keep its context.
Open a shared meeting and see the summary beside the transcript. Jump from a commitment to the words behind it, or leave an inline comment on a specific passage. Replies keep the coaching beside the conversation.
Prism detects commitments and creates tasks with owners, agreed dates, and the meeting as a reference. A manager can check the handoff, clarify a promise, or help the rep plan the next move.
Thompson Insurance product demo
Summary
The demo landed: the claims team watched a site note file itself under the right claim, and Julie called the timeline view the part they had been missing. Dana needs the security pack before IT signs off. Spanish transcription covers the bilingual region, and Robert wants turnaround reporting for his KPI. Agreed path: a three-week pilot with twelve adjusters, security review first, and pricing for sixty field seats plus the office tier.
Agenda
- Introductions and goals for the evaluation
- Where claim notes go missing today
- Live demo, security review, and pilot terms
Discussion
- Site detail reaches the claim file late. The team wants the note, the meeting, and the next step in one account timeline.
- The proposed setup runs EU end to end with per-workspace retention. Dana needs the security pack and a signed DPA before the pilot starts.
- The pilot will test Entra SSO with a dedicated group of twelve adjusters.
- Quarterly invoicing is fine for year one. Karen wants the annual price and a two-year option for sixty field seats plus the office tier.
Conclusions
- Operations is ready to pilot, subject to IT approval. The rollout decision goes on the leadership agenda for the 26th.
Next steps
- Send the security pack and prepare the SSO sandbox.
- Share the pricing options and agree the pilot success criteria.
Commitments
Send Dana the security pack today, including the DPA template and audit export guide.
Stand up the pilot sandbox with Entra SSO test access by Thursday.
Send pricing for sixty field seats plus the office tier before Karen’s four o’clock.
Draft the pilot success criteria for Julie to approve before kickoff.
Put the fleet rollout decision on the leadership agenda for the 26th.

Your team’s standards.
Learned as you work.
Your Company DNA tells Prism what a useful note needs: the decision-maker, success criteria, blockers, and an agreed next step. It uses the meeting and account history to ask relevant questions when a rep debriefs.
Reps can speak, type, or call Prism on the way back from a client. Schedule a call after calendar meetings or at the end of the day. The calendar also shows which meetings still need a note.
As you correct a note, improve an answer, or change work in Operator, Prism learns the team’s approach. What worked for a similar client can inform the next question, alongside AI REV’s ten years of practical experience.
How Prism learns with your teamYour criteria shape the questions Prism asks next time.
The note now has a decision-maker, a measure, and a customer commitment.
The review ends.
The work moves forward.
Have Operator gather the numbers, update the KPI sheet, and prepare the team brief. Turn a new customer objection into a proposed playbook improvement, with the meeting and approved answer attached.
Check the sources, change the work, then decide what to apply or share. In the weekly report below, Operator has already learned a manager’s correction: separate closed revenue from open pipeline and include the source date.

Turn a good correction into a habit.
Prism’s model learns from the changes you make in Operator. Your preferred report structure, the questions you ask, and the team’s approved answers guide later work.
Choose what can run on its own.
Start by reviewing together. Set recurring reports, CRM updates, and follow-ups to run automatically when the routine is right, with exceptions brought back for your decision.
A shared way of working.
Clear boundaries.
Explore team tasks and handoffsShare the context people need.
Share a pipeline or client with its team. Notes and meetings can join that shared history or stay private. Being a manager does not turn a private note into a team note.
Keep the owner with the promise.
Use shared task boards, delegated views, comments, and activity history. Attach the original email, note, or meeting so the person doing the work knows what was agreed.
Coordinate across teams and languages.
Prism can message or call a teammate to confirm a deadline or ask for missing information. It supports most languages, so another region’s update can still become part of your brief.
A few practical details.
Do we need to replace our CRM?
No. Voice can work alongside your existing CRMs, with two-way sync, or serve as your team’s pipeline itself. Keep separate boards for new business, renewals, and partnerships, and connect the mail, calendars, files, and task apps behind them.
Does every rep have to record every meeting?
No. Reps can give Prism a short debrief by voice, chat, or phone. Prism asks about gaps using your Company DNA and account context. For meetings you capture, use the desktop option without a bot or invite a visible notetaker through a link or calendar event.
What can I see as a manager?
The pipelines, clients, notes, meetings, and tasks shared with you. Private notes and meeting transcripts stay private unless their owner shares them. Comments follow access to the item they belong to.
How does this help new reps learn our approach?
Company DNA gives Prism your note standards, approved material, and the team’s experience with similar clients. It can brief a new rep, help with a question during a meeting, and ask useful follow-up questions in the debrief. Your corrections keep improving that guidance.
Can we check reports and changes before they go out?
Yes. Operator prepares the work with its sources so you can inspect and edit it before applying updates or sharing a report. You choose which recurring actions can run automatically and which still need review.

Sales script: handling objections
Start with the customer’s question. Use these answers as guidance for the conversation.
“We already have a CRM.”
Voice can work alongside your CRM, or bring several CRMs into one view. Ask where updates get lost between the meeting and the record.
“We need to check with legal first.”
Offer a joint call with both legal teams. Share the approved security packet beforehand, and agree who will bring the remaining questions.
“Would a longer commitment change the price?”
Use the approved multi-year pricing band. Put the term, annual price, and validity date in the same reply. Ask the account owner to review any exception.
