AI REV Voice for real estate

Between viewings,
keep things moving.

Briefed on the way there.
Debriefed on the way back.

Call Prism hands-free on the drive to a client or property. Hear the last conversation, open questions, and what you promised. On the way back, talk through the viewing. Your note, tasks, and follow-up start with that conversation.

Hear the buyer’s questions and property context in a hands-free phone call.

You leave the property.
The detail stays with you.

The garden they loved. The room they were unsure about. The document you promised to send. Tell Prism on the drive back, through an ordinary phone call, and let it turn the conversation into a useful viewing note.

Prism knows the client history and your agency’s note requirements. It asks what you might have missed: who confirms access, which property question is still open, and when the buyer should hear from you.

The next step has an owner.

Commitments become tasks with the note attached. Here, Sarah checks with the seller by 10:00; Alex sends the documents by noon. The second viewing stays a request until access is confirmed.

Share the note with the right team or keep it private. A colleague covering the next viewing can pick up the shared history and continue the conversation.

Follow up after the Maple Street viewing

The property documents, open roof question, and requested second viewing in one reply.

Dana wants the measurements and a second look. The documents are ready. Sarah still needs to check access with Elena and find the roof documentation, so Tuesday stays a request.

Thanks for showing us around. We liked the garden. Please send the floor plan with the room measurements and let us know when the roof work was done. Could we come back next Tuesday at 17:00? Dana

Explore three pieces of work for Maple Street and a transaction handoff for Cedar Lane. The sources stay beside each proposed action.

A seller update with a clear picture.

Bring the viewing log and shareable feedback together. See which buyers need a reply, how many viewings led to another request, and what needs attention. Broker reports can use the same defined periods and source records.

A transaction with a clear next step.

Keep the buyer, seller representative, lender, and coordinator connected through their commitments. Link each task to the email or note behind it, with an owner and the next update time.

It learns your agency.
And asks better questions.

Company DNA defines what belongs in a viewing note, which property facts are approved, how sellers are updated, and when a colleague needs to confirm a date. Prism uses that guidance in your next call.

AI REV’s learning model uses your corrections in Operator to improve future work. Change the tone of a buyer reply or explain why a viewing is only requested. The next draft benefits, and the broker can guide the standards for the whole team.

Let it check with the office.

On the way to another client, ask Prism who has the missing answer. It can message or call a colleague about access, documents, or a deadline, then bring the answer back for your next conversation.

Start with work you review. Choose which routine reminders and updates can run automatically as the process improves. Prism supports most languages, helping teams and clients understand each other.

Define your agency’s Company DNA

Agency instructions and edits in Operator improve the next note, question, and draft.

The relationship travels.
Across your tools and team.

The viewing is in your calendar, the floor plan in Drive, the buyer’s question in your inbox, and the access update in a team message. Prism brings that context into your call. Operator prepares the next action where your team works.

Use Voice’s pipeline and client history alongside your CRM. Keep tasks in two-way sync with connected task apps. Comments stay with the note or task, and shared context follows its original access.

Stay useful after the keys change hands.

Once handover is confirmed, set a settling-in call or a reminder to check an outstanding question. Keep the relationship history ready for a future move, referral, or colleague covering your clients.

A few practical details.

Can I talk to Prism while driving to a client?

Yes. Call Prism through your phone’s hands-free setup, or schedule it to call your verified number. Hear the client brief on the way there and talk through the viewing afterward. The conversation can capture your note, clarify commitments, and prepare follow-up work for you to review when you stop.

Can it call after viewings or at the end of the day?

Yes. Schedule briefs and debriefs from the calendar, or choose regular days and a time for note collection. You can set a text reminder and retries if you miss the call. You can also call Prism yourself whenever you are ready.

Does the viewing itself need to be recorded?

No. Your spoken debrief can become the note. Prism combines what you tell it with the client context and asks about missing details. You can also add notes by chat or voice in the app. For online meetings, desktop transcription and a meeting notetaker are available.

What happens if access, a document, or a date is still unconfirmed?

Prism keeps the question open and asks who can answer it and when. The next step can become a task, and Prism can check with a colleague. A requested viewing or target completion date stays distinct from a confirmed appointment or agreed date.

Can we keep our CRM and the tools we use for each property?

Yes. Connect your CRM, email, calendar, files, team messages, and task apps. Use Voice’s shared client history and pipeline alongside them. Operator can prepare replies, listing descriptions, reports, and handoffs from the relevant records and templates.

Who can see client notes and our agency’s Company DNA?

Choose whether a note stays private or joins the shared client or pipeline history. Comments and references follow access to the original item. Your Company DNA stays internal to your agency and is not shared with or used by other companies.
