One Prism.
Everywhere you work.

A phone call on the way to a client.
Your workspace when you sit down.

Start with your phone number. Call Prism for a brief, talk through a meeting, or ask for the next step. Add the web, mobile, or desktop app when you want a screen. The same assistant and the same context come with you.

Standard phone calls. No app required.

“What changed since my last visit to Oakline?”
Pick up the phone. Prism has the context.

Phone calls, SMS & app notifications

App or no app.
You still hear from Prism.

Call Prism through a standard phone number. Or let it call yours: before a client meeting, afterward for a debrief, or at a regular time to catch up on the day. Talk hands-free between visits without opening an app.

Without the app: SMS.

Reminders and updates arrive by text. Reply in your usual messages app to add a detail, change a task, or continue the conversation.

With the app: notifications.

Get updates in the app. Open the notification to see the note, task, or prepared work. You can still call Prism on the phone.

You choose when Prism calls, and how it follows up if you miss one. A phone call can become a client note, with commitments turned into tasks.

The call is just
the beginning.

Use the mobile app when you want the detail in front of you. Read the note after a visit, look up a client, check the next task, or ask Prism a question by voice or chat.

Record a voice note while the conversation is fresh. Prism asks for what is missing, using the client history and your Company DNA, then keeps the outcome and the next steps together.

Notifications bring you back to the work that needs you. Your teammates can see shared notes through the client or pipeline and collaborate in comments. Set a note private when it should stay with you.

Be in the meeting.
Keep Prism beside you.

The desktop app captures the meeting from your own computer, without a bot joining the call. Transcribe conversations on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and more.

Prism Copilot helps while you talk, finding answers in company documents and keeping the source beside the answer. Its private overlay is designed to stay out of screen sharing.

Your conversations, connected tools, and Company DNA give Prism the context it needs wherever you reach it. A question on the phone can draw on an email, a file, a Slack conversation, or the latest change in your CRM.

Prism learns from your corrections and the work you refine in Operator. The next brief, note, or prepared reply benefits from that learning on every platform. It supports most languages, including when your team and customers use different ones.

Your access settings follow the work too. Private notes stay private, and shared records remain available to the people you choose.

A few practical details.

Do I need to install an app to use Prism?

No. You can use Prism through a standard phone number: call for a brief, dictate a note, or ask for help. It can also call your number at the times you choose. Without the app, reminders and updates arrive by SMS, and you can reply by text.

What changes when I install the app?

Updates arrive as app notifications. Open one to see the relevant note, task, or prepared work. The app also gives you voice and chat with Prism and a screen for your client information. Standard phone calls remain available.

Which platforms are supported?

Use Voice in a web browser, on iPhone or Android, or through the macOS and Windows desktop apps. Ordinary phone calls and SMS let you work with Prism without installing an app. The tabletop device is coming soon.

Can Prism call me after my meetings?

Yes. Use your calendar to arrange a brief before a meeting or a debrief afterward. You can also choose a regular time for a daily call. Set reminders and what should happen if you miss the call.

Where does meeting capture happen?

Capture directly from your computer with the macOS or Windows desktop app, or send a visible notetaker through a meeting link or calendar event. The mobile apps support voice notes; direct computer meeting capture belongs to the desktop apps.

Will Prism remember the conversation when I change devices?

Yes. Your account keeps the notes, client history, tasks, and connected context together. Start with a phone call, check the result on mobile, and continue in the web workspace. You do not need to repeat the account history.
