AI REV Voice for field sales

From one visit
to the next.

Get the brief on the way in. Talk through the visit on the way out. Keep the promises moving while you’re away from your desk.

Call Prism on your phone or use voice in the app. It brings the customer history, asks what is missing, and works with Operator on the follow-up. Your day stays focused on the people you went to see.

The latest email, previous conversations, and open promises in one brief.

The visit is fresh.
Say what happened.

A site visit, a showroom conversation, a quick stop with an existing customer. Tell Prism what changed by phone, voice, or chat. An in-person meeting can become a useful note from your debrief alone.

Prism combines what you say with the account history. Your Company DNA tells it what to ask: the site or region, the people involved, practical constraints, and the next step with an owner and date.

“We’ll sort it out” needs a next step.

Prism asks who will confirm the training dates and when the analysis is due. Commitments become tasks, with the note attached as a reference. Details you do not know stay open.

Define what your field notes need

A short conversation captures the commitments and the unanswered questions.

You’re at the next stop.
The office can still help.

The answer may be with delivery, a technical specialist, or the person preparing the quote. Ask Prism to find the right context in your files and team messages, then check with the teammate who can resolve the gap.

Prism can message or call them to ask about a deadline, a dependency, or a customer question. It brings the answer back to the account, so you know what you can tell the client.

A conversation that fits the person.

Prism can clarify what a busy teammate can commit to. It supports most languages, so another region’s conversation can still become a clear update in yours.

See how Prism coordinates with your team

Prism can message or call the teammate who can resolve the dependency.

The promise leaves
the visit with you.

Operator turns the debrief into work you can review: a customer reply, a pilot plan using your approved scope, and the right changes in the CRM. The note, email, pricing, and team confirmation stay beside the result.

Review it when you stop or return to your desk. Ask for a shorter reply, edit the wording, or leave out a CRM change. You decide what gets sent, saved, or applied.

Follow up on the Oakline site visit

Oakline Freight

Carol gets the scope, the next step, and a clear update on security.

Based on

Carol needs something she can share with the regional leads. The reply confirms the scope and your Friday commitment. It leaves the on-site dates open because delivery has not confirmed them.

Drafted follow-up

Hi Carol, The plan covers 40 seats across the two regions, including two on-site training days. The approved annual price is $48,000, including onboarding. I’ll send the revised quote and pilot plan by Friday. Dana has confirmed the security analysis for Friday at 11:00, so John can review it before we agree the start. The on-site dates are still to be confirmed with Priya. I’ll keep those open in the plan until we have her availability. Does that give your regional leads what they need for the review? Thanks for coming out today, Brian. Could you send the revised 40-seat quote and pilot plan by Friday? Please include the two on-site days so I can share the scope with our regional leads. John will review the security material before we confirm the start. Carol

One correction helps the next visit.

Ask for a shorter update or explain why an on-site date must be confirmed first. Prism learns from your corrections, including changes in Operator, so future work reflects your style and company standards.

A long day.
A shorter catch-up.

One visit ran over. The next started early. Use your calendar to see which meetings still need a note, and let Prism call afterward or at a regular time that fits your day.

Before or after a visit.

Schedule meeting briefs and debriefs from your calendar. The call starts with the customer and the context already in hand.

At the end of your rounds.

Choose your days and time, a text reminder, and retries for missed calls. Cover the remaining notes without reconstructing the entire day.

Whenever you are ready.

Call Prism yourself from your phone. Continue hands-free, or pick up the same conversation by voice or chat in the app.

A few practical details.

Can I use Prism through an ordinary phone call?

Yes. Call Prism on your phone, including through your hands-free setup, or schedule it to call your verified number. You can also use voice or chat in the app. The same customer context follows the conversation.

Do in-person visits need to be recorded?

No. Tell Prism what happened afterward. It uses your debrief and the account history to prepare the note and ask about missing details. When a meeting is online, you can capture it from your computer without a bot or invite a notetaker by link or calendar.

What if the visit ends without a firm date or answer?

Prism keeps that detail open and asks who can confirm it. It can create a task or contact a teammate to check. A confirmed answer can then inform the note, customer update, and next step.

Can we keep our existing CRM and task apps?

Yes. Connect your CRM, mail, calendar, files, messaging, and task apps. CRM and task updates can sync in both directions. Voice also has its own pipeline and tasks if you want to start there.

Will it send the follow-up before I have reviewed it?

Start with a draft and proposed changes you can inspect, edit, and approve. You choose which recurring actions may run automatically and which need your decision.

Can I keep a visit note private?

Yes. Keep it private or share it with the appropriate client or pipeline team. Comments and references follow access to that item. Your Company DNA stays internal to your company.
