Meeting capture

Stay in the meeting.
Keep what matters.

Capture from your computer or send a notetaker. Prism turns the conversation into a note, commitments, and tasks your team can follow.

The transcript keeps the original words. The meeting note brings out the decisions and open questions. You can move straight into the work that follows.

The desktop app on Mac or Windows captures the call without adding a bot. Start it for an in-person meeting, too.

Keep the meeting tools
you already use.

The desktop app works alongside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and other calls on your computer. Use the calendar or a meeting link when you want a notetaker to join.

Prism prepares the summary, agenda, discussion, and conclusions. It automatically detects who promised what and creates tasks with the meeting attached as a reference.

Open a commitment’s timestamp to find it in the transcript. Discuss a sentence in an inline comment, reply to a teammate, and keep that thread anchored to the detail.

Thompson Insurance product demo

Thompson Insurance
Fleet coverage

Summary

The demo landed: the claims team watched a site note file itself under the right claim, and Julie called the timeline view the part they had been missing. Dana needs the security pack before IT signs off. Spanish transcription covers the bilingual region, and Robert wants turnaround reporting for his KPI. Agreed path: a three-week pilot with twelve adjusters, security review first, and pricing for sixty field seats plus the office tier.

Agenda

  • Introductions and goals for the evaluation
  • Where claim notes go missing today
  • Live demo, security review, and pilot terms

Discussion

Where notes go missing today
  • Site detail reaches the claim file late. The team wants the note, the meeting, and the next step in one account timeline.
Security and IT
  • The proposed setup runs EU end to end with per-workspace retention. Dana needs the security pack and a signed DPA before the pilot starts.
  • The pilot will test Entra SSO with a dedicated group of twelve adjusters.
Commercials
  • Quarterly invoicing is fine for year one. Karen wants the annual price and a two-year option for sixty field seats plus the office tier.

Conclusions

  • Operations is ready to pilot, subject to IT approval. The rollout decision goes on the leadership agenda for the 26th.

Next steps

  • Send the security pack and prepare the SSO sandbox.
  • Share the pricing options and agree the pilot success criteria.

Help during the conversation.
Follow-through afterward.

Copilot follows the live discussion and brings answers from your company material to your own screen, with the source so you can check the detail.

Afterward, Operator can prepare the promised pricing, follow-up email, or proposal from the meeting. If a dependency is still open, Prism can help find the person who can resolve it.

12Ask a question…
The answer is beside you. The commitment stays in the meeting record.

A useful record.
Control over who sees it.

Meeting capture processes audio for live transcription. The stored meeting record is text: the transcript and the note. Audio and video are not retained for replay.

Keep a meeting private.

A private recording is accessible only to you. It stays off shared client and pipeline views and out of CRM sync.

Share the context.

Give the right teammates access through the client, pipeline, or direct sharing. Comments, replies, and mentions follow that access.

Debrief without a recording.

Prism can call after a meeting on your calendar. The debrief can still produce a note, detect commitments, and create the next tasks.

A few practical details.

Does a bot have to join?

No. The desktop app captures from your own computer. You can also choose a visible notetaker by adding a meeting link or starting from the calendar.

How are speakers identified?

Desktop capture follows the speaker information available from the meeting platform. Use the notetaker when individual speaker attribution is especially important.

Can I replay the audio?

Meeting capture keeps the transcript and meeting note, not an audio or video recording. Use timestamps to revisit the corresponding words in the transcript.

Can teammates comment on one sentence?

Yes. Inline comments stay attached to the selected text. Teammates with access can reply, mention others, follow the thread, and resolve the discussion.

Finish with the next steps
already in view.
