Your calendars.
One view of your time.

Create events directly in Voice, or bring in calendars from connected accounts. Keep work meetings, personal commitments, and focus time together, with a separate color for each calendar.

Hide a calendar when you want a clearer view. It keeps syncing in the background, ready when you turn it back on.

Make room for more
than meetings.

Plan a client call, protect time for a proposal, or bring the team together. Give the event a time, a place, and the account it belongs to.

Add internal teammates to a Voice event and it appears on their calendars too. The organizer manages the details; attendees can see the event and receive updates.

“Brief me before the Oakline kickoff.”

You're meeting Carol and John about the pilot. Here is what to carry into the conversation.

  • The scope is clear.40 seats across three sites, with two on-site training days.
  • Security is the open question.John owns the review. Confirm what he still needs before agreeing on the start date.
  • There is a commitment to keep.Carol asked for the revised quote by Friday.

Carol / Re: pilot timeline

“November works if the security review clears. Could you send the revised quote for 40 seats by Friday?”

An example brief for Oakline's pilot kickoff. Prism uses the information you have access to, with sources you can check.

The meeting ends.
The context stays.

Capture the conversation from your computer, with no bot in the room. The transcript, note, and commitments stay connected to the client and the deal.

For a supported meeting link, you can also choose to send a visible notetaker. That is a separate choice for each meeting.

I'll send the revised quote and the plan by Friday.

I'll send over the security questionnaire today.

One conversation, carried into a note and the work that follows.

Spot the meetings
that still need a note.

A meeting can happen away from your desk, or end without a recording. Today surfaces meetings that are still missing a note so they do not disappear into last week's calendar.

Add the recap while it is fresh, or mark a meeting that did not happen. Focus blocks and other non-meeting events do not need a meeting note.

A calendar that fits
the way you work.

Do I need to connect an external calendar?

No. Create events directly in Voice, including meetings, calls, focus blocks, and deadlines. Add a calendar connection when you want your existing schedule in the same view.

Can I keep work and personal calendars separate?

Yes. Each calendar keeps its identity in the shared view. Show your whole schedule, or hide individual calendars to focus on work, personal commitments, or events you created in Voice. Hiding a calendar does not stop it from syncing.

Can I change a connected meeting from Voice?

The connected calendar remains the source for the meeting's title, time, and guest list, so edit those details there. In Voice, you can keep the client and deal attached and choose a supported meeting's notetaker setting. Events created in Voice can be edited here.

What happens when I add a teammate or an external guest?

Internal teammates see the Voice event on their calendars and receive updates. The organizer keeps control of editing. You can list external guests for context, but sending external calendar invitations from Voice is not available yet.

What if a past event disappears from the original calendar?

Voice keeps its imported meeting history so the context behind your notes and client records can remain available. Hiding a calendar in the view only changes what you see; it does not stop its connection from syncing.
