AI REV Voice for SaaS teams
From first demo
to next renewal.
The problem they want to solve. The value they need to see. The promises your team needs to keep.
Prism carries the customer context through discovery, pilots, onboarding, and renewal. Operator prepares the work that follows. Spend less time piecing together the account and more time helping customers get value from your product.
The last call, customer email, proposal, and open commitments inform the brief.
The usage export adds evidence. The customer conversation establishes what it means.
A good demo ends
with a useful next step.
Prism briefs you on the account before the call. During it, Copilot brings up relevant company knowledge, from SSO requirements to approved pricing. Afterward, your note keeps the customer’s problem, decision process, and commitments together.
Company DNA teaches Prism what your team needs to qualify an opportunity: the buyer, champion, use case, success measure, and next decision. It asks about what is missing and helps turn “let’s try it” into a pilot with a purpose.
Capture it while it is fresh.
Transcribe the meeting from your computer or invite the notetaker. Debrief Prism by chat, voice, or a scheduled post-meeting phone call. Commitments become tasks with the conversation attached.
A specific answer, connected to the approved document behind it.
Meeting note
Oakline pilot review
Summary
Carol wants a 40-seat pilot before a possible November rollout. Her team spends 25 minutes preparing for a client call. A target of 10 minutes across 10 calls was proposed, pending her confirmation. John owns security review. The budget approver and pilot decision date remain open.
Next steps
- Brian: send the pilot plan, annual quote, and security pack by Friday.
- Carol: confirm the success target, budget approver, and decision date.
- John: review the SSO setup and DPA; agree a review date.
The target is still proposed. The note keeps the next questions and owners visible.

Know what moves the number.
See which owners carry the opportunities and where deals need attention. Keep new business, base renewal, and expansion amounts distinct so a forecast has a clear meaning.

A pilot plan. The right security reply. An onboarding handoff that remembers what sales promised. A renewal agenda grounded in the customer’s experience.

Carol has asked for pricing and the security information John needs. The pilot has a proposed success measure, but the budget approver and decision date still need confirmation.
Pilot follow-up
Hi Carol, The annual option for 40 seats is $48,000. Entra ID SSO is included in the pilot; the security pack contains the setup guide and DPA for John. I’ll send the pilot plan and annual quote by Friday. The proposed success measure is to reduce preparation from 25 minutes to 10 across 10 client calls. Please confirm that this reflects the outcome you want to test. Who will approve the budget, and when would you like to make the pilot decision? Brian Goodman

Sales hands over the meaning.
CS gets the customer’s intended outcome, agreed scope, success measure, and open dependencies. The next owner can act on the promise instead of rebuilding it from the call.
The next step has somewhere to go.
Create tasks from the meeting, note, or email. Assign an owner, keep the source as a reference, and sync work with your team’s task tools. Prism can check with a teammate when the next answer needs a person.
Renewal due October 31. Weekly active users: 28 of 40, up from 22 using the same definition. Dana still wants workflow training and has not confirmed renewal intent. Ruth sends the invitation Monday; Dana confirms attendees Friday.
Know the customer
before the renewal.
Bring usage reports from your connected data together with customer conversations, support questions, and outstanding work. Prism briefs the account owner on what changed and what still needs an answer.
Here, weekly activity rose from 22 to 28 of the same 40 users. The check-in adds the missing context: newer teammates still need training. A useful next step is to understand value and remove the adoption obstacle before discussing more seats.
Give your metrics a shared definition.
Company DNA defines what counts as active, which period to compare, and who owns follow-up. Operator can prepare KPI sheet updates from connected sources, keeping the evidence and proposed changes ready for review.
Keep internal comments with the account, note, or task. Private preparation stays private; shared context follows the original access.

Your qualification method, handoff requirements, and customer communication standards become Company DNA. Prism learns how your team works; AI REV’s learning model uses corrections in Operator to guide the next draft and decision.
Sales, CS, and product leaders can give direction: ask for a measurable pilot outcome, preserve the implementation dependency, or confirm a product request with its owner before promising a release date.
Teach it, then choose what runs.
Start with work you review. As the process improves, automate defined follow-ups, internal reminders, reporting, and routine updates. Keep the decisions that need judgment with the people responsible.
Prism can message or call a teammate for the missing answer and bring the commitment back. It supports most languages, so the context can travel across your sales, support, and product teams.

A connected workflow.
The account lives in a CRM, the last promise in an email, the pilot plan in Drive, and the next product answer in Slack. Prism searches that context. Operator uses it to prepare work across the tools your team already uses.

A few practical details.
Does this fit both a short trial and an enterprise pilot?
Yes. Define what matters for your process in Company DNA. A trial may need an activation outcome and a quick follow-up. An enterprise pilot may need a champion, budget approver, security review, agreed success measure, and decision date. Prism uses those requirements when preparing questions and notes.
Do we need to replace our CRM?
No. Use Voice with your connected CRM, email, calendar, documents, and task tools. Voice also has its own pipeline and shared client history, so a smaller team can begin there.
Where does the adoption data come from?
From the sources you connect. The example uses a Google Sheets export of weekly product usage, with a defined population and activity measure. Prism can combine that report with customer calls and support context; it does not treat activity alone as proof of value or renewal intent.
Can it help keep sales and customer success aligned?
Yes. Meeting commitments can become tasks, and Operator can prepare handoffs from the conversation, approved scope, and team templates. Notes, emails, and recordings can be linked as references. Prism can message or call a teammate to clarify ownership or confirm a deadline.
How does it learn our sales and renewal process?
Company DNA defines the questions, note requirements, trusted sources, and steps your team expects. The learning model uses corrections, including edits in Operator, to guide future work. Process owners can refine those instructions and choose which routines run automatically and which need review.
Is our customer context and Company DNA private?
Your Company DNA stays internal to your company and is not shared with or used by other companies. Access to messages, notes, meeting transcripts, and comments follows the original permissions. Private notes stay with their owner. Meeting capture keeps the transcript and note without retaining audio or video for replay.

Prepare a pilot with a clear success measure

Forty seats describes the scope. The proposed preparation-time target describes the value Carol wants to test. The plan keeps both visible and asks for the missing decision details.

Prove the value before rollout
Prepared for Carol Susi · Customer sponsor · 40 account managers.
The outcome to test
Reduce preparation for a client call from the current 25 minutes to a proposed 10 minutes. Measure across 10 client calls. Carol still needs to confirm this target.
Scope and dependencies
40 account managers. John owns security review; Entra ID SSO guidance and the DPA are available. Security sign-off remains open.
Next actions
Brian sends the plan and annual quote by Friday. Carol confirms the target, budget approver, and pilot decision date.
Rollout timing
November is the customer’s desired rollout month. Agree the implementation plan after the pilot decision and required approvals.
Carry the sales promise into onboarding
Oakline FreightA handoff the next team can use, with agreed scope and unresolved dependencies.
Preparation can start before signature. The handoff keeps that status explicit, so a desired November rollout does not become a delivery promise and the success measure survives the change of owner.

Customer and intended value
Carol sponsors the 40-seat pilot. She wants less preparation before client calls. Proposed measure: 25 minutes down to 10 across 10 calls, awaiting her confirmation.
Commercial scope
40 seats at $48,000 per year on the annual plan. This is an open proposal. Additional integrations and product delivery dates were not agreed.
Owners and dependencies
Brian owns the proposal and sends the quote by Friday. John owns security review, still open. Ruth owns onboarding preparation once signed.
Confirm before committing
Budget approver, pilot decision date, success target, and implementation schedule. November is the requested rollout month, not a confirmed delivery date.
Prepare Acme’s value and renewal review
Acme CorpA useful conversation about value, training, and the renewal decision.
Weekly activity rose from 22 to 28 users, but the number does not tell us whether Acme is getting enough value to renew. Dana’s training request and the October 31 decision give the review a practical focus.
Renewal review agenda
Hi Dana, For our next review, I’d like to cover the value your team is getting and what you need ahead of the October 31 renewal. The weekly usage export shows 28 of your 40 licensed users completed a client workflow, up from 22 the previous week. Which workflows are helping most, and where are the newer account managers still getting stuck? I’ll send the training invitation on Monday. Please confirm the attendees by Friday, as we agreed. We can also review the base annual renewal at $48,000 and confirm your decision process. Any additional seats would be discussed separately. Ruth
