Tasks

The next step.
Already on your list.

Say it to Prism, capture it in a meeting, or add it yourself. Keep every task with its owner, its deadline, and the conversation that started it.

The task remembers
where it came from.

A commitment in a meeting becomes a task automatically. Prism identifies who promised what and when, then keeps the recording attached so the original words are easy to find.

From the meeting.

Automatic commitment detection captures the action, the owner, and the agreed deadline. The task points back to the conversation.

From a conversation with Prism.

Use voice or chat, call from your phone, or let Prism call after a meeting. Talk through what happened and what needs doing next.

From the inbox, or your own list.

Create a task from an email or add one yourself. Attach emails, recordings, and notes as references, with the useful files beside them.

Your day. Your team.
A view for each.

My Tasks puts overdue work and today's priorities first. Shared boards organize a project by stage. Client views bring together the work on that account, including tasks linked from your personal list.

Switch between a list and a board. Filter by label, priority, and due date. Assign work to a teammate, move a card to the next stage, and keep completed work when you need the history.

Drag a card between stages, or change its List field in the task details. Open the member avatars, comments, or activity at the top right.

Share the whole board.

Members can see the board, its tasks, and its views. Assigning a task brings that teammate into the board.

Keep client work together.

The client view includes its own tasks and linked work, with the account's shared conversation close by.

See what changed.

Board activity shows recent comments and updates. Each task has its own history of changes.

Discuss the work.
Right beside the work.

Ask a question on the task, mention the person who can help, and follow the conversation. The decision stays with the task, even after it moves to another stage.

Use the board or client conversation for the bigger picture. Access follows the work: task and board discussions are for the people who can see them.

The small details count.

Due dates, reminders, repeats, priorities, and labels keep the next action clear. A checklist breaks it into manageable steps.

The background stays attached.

Add the meeting, note, or email as a reference. Keep supporting files and working notes in the same detail panel.

Try a comment or @mention. Switch to Details for the checklist and references, or Activity for the task's history.

Your task apps.
Working from the same list.

Connect the task apps your team uses and bring their work into Voice. Two-way sync carries changes back, so creating, updating, or completing a task does not mean maintaining it twice.

Keep several tools connected at once. Use your Voice list or talk to Prism to manage work across them, while each team continues in the app it knows.

Give the next step
to Prism.

“What is overdue?” “Move the proposal to Friday.” “Assign the onboarding plan to Sarah.” Use voice or chat to create, find, and update tasks with the customer context already there.

For work that needs more than a reminder, send the task to Operator. It can gather the source material and prepare the proposal, document, or follow-up for you to review.

The task's notes and references give it a starting point. You review the proposed work before the next action.

One conversation to capture the task, keep its context, and start the work.

Every promise.
A next step you can follow.

From the conversation to the team board, with the details intact.

One app. Seven rooms.

Every surface feeds the others. Walk through the rest.
