AI REV Voice for manufacturing

Months pass.
The context stays.

Who you met. What you promised.
Why the quote is different.

The plant visit in March should still help you in September. Prism carries the client’s people, requirements, quote revisions, and commitments into the next conversation, across long sales cycles and changes in who manages the account.

The current picture keeps the earlier decisions, people, and quote revisions in reach.

Ask about March.
Act on September.

Months between plant visits. A new procurement lead on the email thread. Three versions of the quote. Ask Prism what changed, who is involved, and what you owe next. It brings together the visits, emails, files, and team conversations behind the account.

At Northbridge, the original problem was manual transfers between stations. The survey led to an extension. A later conversation added installation and training. The current figure makes more sense when the reasons behind it are still there.

The relationship outlasts the handoff.

A covering rep or new account owner can learn the people, their priorities, and the commitments already made. The next conversation starts with the shared history, including the details that never fit into a deal stage.

See how Prism connects the whole account

The original requirement and the latest changes inform the same brief.

A short debrief.
A record that lasts.

After a plant visit, tell Prism what happened by phone, voice, or chat. Call hands-free between sites, schedule a call after the meeting, or catch up at the end of the day. An online meeting can also contribute its transcript and automatically detected commitments.

Prism already has the previous visit. It can focus on what changed: a drawing revision, another approver, a new requirement, or a different target date. Your Company DNA tells it which details a useful manufacturing note needs.

Give the next answer an owner.

Here, Morgan checks the drawing, Priya checks the installation window, and Alex owes the customer an update. Commitments become tasks with the note or meeting attached, so the reason survives alongside the deadline.

The new note adds to the client history. Earlier visits and quote revisions stay available with their dates, ready for a later question or another project.

Explain the revised quote to Marcus

Northbridge

The current price, the reason it changed, and the next update in one reply.

Based on

Marcus asked in June to see what changed with each price. Rev C adds the installation and training Dana requested. The draft explains both changes since March and keeps the production timing update separate.

Quote revision follow-up

Hi Marcus, Q-204 Rev C is the current quote at $146,000, excluding tax. The change from March is $18,000: • Rev B added $10,000 for the infeed extension Dana requested after the site survey. • Rev C adds $8,000 for site installation and operator training. Morgan is reviewing drawing NB-CV-04 Rev 3 and the questions for Dana. Priya is checking the November shutdown window; an installation slot is still to be confirmed. I’ll update you by Friday at 16:00 with their findings, ahead of your October 8 commercial review. Alex

The March visit, June scope change, and September commitments contribute to the work you can review today.

Find the person with the missing answer.

Prism can message or call engineering, production, or the account owner to clarify a requirement or ask when an answer will be ready. That confirmation becomes part of the next customer update and the account history.

Review a long deal with its reasons.

Managers can see the current stage and value, last contact, decision roles, and open commitments. The history explains what moved the opportunity and what the next step depends on, with quote value kept distinct from an order.

Learn the client.
Learn your way of working.

The account history gives Prism the client’s priorities, people, and past decisions. Company DNA defines your team’s standards: what a site note must cover, which revision to use, who confirms technical details, and how a quote change is explained.

AI REV’s learning model uses corrections in Operator to improve later work. A better explanation, a missing drawing reference, or a clearer handoff becomes guidance for the next similar task. Sales leaders can refine that direction across the team.

The next project starts with experience.

When a familiar client asks about another line or plant, Prism can use earlier visits and scope changes to prepare better questions. Confirm the new requirements and decision roles, with the previous relationship already in context.

Start by reviewing the work together. Choose which recurring reminders, account summaries, and follow-ups can run automatically as the process improves.

Define your Company DNA

Company DNA defines the standard. Corrections in Operator improve how the next task is prepared.

One client story.
Across the places you work.

The relationship lives in more than the CRM. Connect the customer emails, calendars, specification files, quote history, and internal discussions that explain the work. Forwarded emails can become a readable conversation again, keeping the earlier exchange in reach.

Use Voice’s pipeline alongside your CRM, with two-way sync. Link notes, emails, and meetings to tasks, and discuss the work in comments. A team in another region can use the shared history too; Prism supports most languages.

Keep the right context with the right people.

Shared notes and client records follow the access you set. Private notes stay with their owner. Comments and references preserve the original access, including when a new colleague joins the account.

A few practical details.

Our deals take a year. Can Prism use the earlier conversations?

Yes. Notes, emails, meetings, documents, and commitments stay connected to the client. Prism can use the first site visit alongside the latest quote and customer request, so a brief or follow-up can draw on the relationship across months and projects.

What happens when the buying committee changes?

Keep the people and their roles with the account: plant contacts, technical reviewers, procurement, and finance approvers. New conversations can update that picture while earlier notes retain who was involved at the time. Prism can brief you on the current roles and ask which responsibilities still need confirmation.

Which quote does it use when there are several revisions?

The current quote is identified with its revision, date, scope, and source. Earlier versions remain part of the history, so you can ask what changed and why. In the example, Rev C is current, while Revs A and B explain the original price and later additions.

Can another rep pick up the relationship?

Yes. Give them access to the shared client or pipeline. They can use the summary, original conversations, current documents, comments, and open tasks to understand what the customer needs and what the team has promised. Private items keep their original access.

How do we capture visits away from a desk?

Debrief Prism by an ordinary phone call, including hands-free between sites, or by voice or chat in the app. Schedule calls after meetings or at a regular time. Prism uses the existing account and your note requirements to ask about what changed and what needs to happen next.

How does this fit with our CRM, quoting, and production systems?

Use the connected CRM, email, files, and task tools alongside Voice. Operator can prepare work using quote documents and relevant records. Custom integrations can connect specialist quoting or production systems around the fields, permissions, and review steps your team defines.

Is our client knowledge and Company DNA shared with other companies?

No. Your Company DNA stays internal to your company and is not shared with or used by other companies. Client records, notes, messages, and meeting transcripts follow their access permissions. Private notes remain private.
