Live deal assist
Stay with the client.
Keep the answers beside you.
The question comes up. Prism Copilot brings the relevant answer and its source onto your screen, so you can stay in the conversation.
Pricing, security, pilot terms, or a detail you want to check yourself. Get support during the meeting, then carry the promises into the work that follows.
The answer stays connected to the company document behind it.
Check the terms while the client is still asking about the offer.
A little help,
right when the question matters.
Copilot follows the live transcript and surfaces relevant answers from your company material. You can also ask a question yourself, without taking the whole meeting on a detour through your files.
Find the detail.
Bring pricing, product information, security answers, and approved terms into reach while the conversation is happening.
See where it came from.
The document title and page sit beside the answer. You can distinguish a published term from a promise that still needs approval.
Keep your attention in the room.
The compact desktop overlay sits alongside your meeting. Ghost Mode is designed to keep it out of screen sharing and recordings.
Know the account.
Then answer the question.
Prism’s wider context helps you prepare with the client’s emails, previous meetings, CRM history, and team discussions. Company DNA adds what your team has learned about customers like this one.
During the meeting, Copilot gives you concise, sourced document answers. Before and after it, talk to Prism to work through the account history, choose a next step, or bring in the person who knows.

can still move the deal forward.
A requested exception or an unconfirmed delivery date needs an owner. Keep it as an open question, agree who will find out, and capture when the client should hear back.
Prism can help coordinate that follow-up, including asking a teammate for the missing detail. Operator uses the confirmed answer to prepare the customer update.

The help continues
after everyone leaves.
Capture the discussion, detect commitments, and keep the owners and next steps connected to the meeting. A post-meeting call with Prism can fill in the context that was never said aloud.
Capture what was agreed.
The transcript becomes a structured note with commitments and timestamps. Keep it private or share it with the team through the client and pipeline.
Turn promises into tasks.
Create tasks from the meeting or your debrief. Keep the recording reference attached, so the person doing the work can find the original context.
Prepare the follow-through.
Operator can draft the reply, prepare a proposal, update the CRM, or build a deck. Your corrections teach it how you want the next version done.
A few practical details.
Where does the live Copilot run?
In the desktop app alongside meeting capture. Its compact overlay keeps answers beside the call, and you can type your own question into it.
Where do its answers come from?
Live Copilot answers draw on company documents such as pricing sheets, product information, and security packs, with the source attached. Prism also brings broader account context from your workspace and connected apps into preparation and follow-up.
Can the customer see the overlay?
Ghost Mode is designed to exclude the Copilot overlay from screen sharing and recordings. Your client sees the presentation while the assistance stays on your side.
What happens to the meeting afterward?
The transcript and structured note become the meeting record, with commitments, tasks, and team comments. Audio and video are not retained for replay. You control whether the meeting record stays private or is shared.
Can it support a multilingual team?
Yes. Prism supports most languages and can help you understand the meeting context and coordinate follow-up across languages.
