Explore the team boards, switch to a list, or see only the deals assigned to You.

Give each team a board that fits.

New business, renewals, partnerships. Each can have its own pipeline, stages, owners, and views, with the client history still in the same workspace.

Build your own stages.

Name and reorder the stages to match how you sell. Set their probabilities and decide what counts as open, won, or lost.

Save the view you need.

Filter by owner, stage, deal value, warmth, or recent activity. Keep a view for your own book of business or the team's next review.

Keep each team's KPIs in focus.

Separate boards keep new sales and renewals distinct. Deal counts, values, and probabilities put the right numbers beside the work.

Clients, contacts, deals, notes, tasks, and a shared history are built in. You can run the whole sales workflow here, without another CRM.

Keep every activity with the client.

Connected emails, meeting recordings, and notes build the client's history as you work. Open the account to see the conversation, the next step, and the deal it belongs to.

Had a call outside the app? Add it yourself. Log a call, email, or meeting, write a note, create a task, or attach a file to keep the record complete.

Filter the timeline or add an activity. Changes stay in this example.

Put real numbers behind the next move.

Set a value and a win probability for each deal. Give stages a default probability, then adjust the deal as you learn more.

A $48,000 opportunity at 45% represents $21,600 in weighted value. Change the inputs in this example to see how they affect the calculation.

Use separate pipelines and saved views to keep each team's targets and opportunities in context.

Brian, let's keep one owner across the pilot and the renewal. Can you take the account?

Brian Goodman14:08

Yes. I'll own Oakline and bring Owen into the kickoff.

Example thread

Share the right scope. Pipeline members see its deals and views, and the clients behind those deals. Client sharing gives teammates the account's context across the workspace.

Discuss the work where it lives. Keep questions, answers, and decisions beside the source, so the next teammate can pick up the conversation.

One place to work.
Even with more than one CRM.

One team uses HubSpot. Another uses Salesforce. Bring their connected records into Voice so salespeople can work across clients and deals from the same interface, or just ask Prism.

Keep your CRM. Connect it both ways.

Changes in the connected CRM come into Voice. Updates you make in Voice go back to the linked records. Your team can keep working in either place.

Bring several CRMs into the same view.

Connect the systems your teams use and keep each record's source clear. Review work across them together, with each update going to its own destination.

Changes come back into Voice, too.
Illustrative connected workspace. Try the voice update, then see a change arrive from the CRM.

This example illustrates a setup with HubSpot and Salesforce. Available records, fields, and activity actions depend on the connections configured for your team. Explore integrations

Make it fit the way you sell.

Can Voice replace our CRM?

Yes. Voice includes clients, contacts, deals, pipeline boards, activities, notes, and tasks. Add team sharing and comments, and you have a workspace for the full sales relationship. You do not need a separate CRM to use it.

Can different teams have different pipelines?

Yes. Create separate boards for teams, products, or sales motions. Each has its own stages and members. Saved views let you focus on an owner, a stage, a value range, or activity, while keeping each team's KPIs in context.

Do we have to move everything out of our current CRM?

No. Two-way sync lets Voice work alongside a connected CRM. If your company uses more than one, you can bring them into the same workspace. We help you define which records and fields are connected and where updates should go.

Can we work by voice and still use the interface?

Yes. Ask Prism to find the account, capture an update, or prepare the next action. Use the interface to review the context, edit a deal, log an activity, or leave a comment. Both ways of working belong to the same client history.

Run the relationship.
Let the record keep up.
