Next steps

  • Send the revised quote for 40 seats and the pilot plan by Friday.
  • Loop in John for the security review this week.
  • Confirm the kickoff date once security clears.

  • The pilot includes two on-site days and remote office hours.

A note starts
wherever you are.

Type a message to Prism, speak in the app, or call from your cell phone. Tell the story in your own words. Prism puts the details in order and connects the note to the client and deal.

Type it while it is fresh.

Use the same Prism conversation you use for everything else. Send a few lines, answer a follow-up, and open the finished note.

Meeting recordings can become notes too, with the original conversation available as a reference.

Quick note on Oakline. Carol is in for forty seats and two on-site days. John runs security first. I'll send the quote and plan by Friday.
What budget did Carol confirm?
Forty-eight thousand a year. Carol confirmed that number herself.
Got it. I'll keep the pilot scope, security review, and your Friday commitment together on Oakline.
Your note on Oakline Freight is ready.
The same note, whether you type, speak in the app, or call Prism.

Your meetings are done.
Prism calls for the details.

Schedule a daily call after your meetings, or pick a particular time. Prism calls your phone and walks through the conversations that still need a note.

It starts with the context already in your workspace: the calendar event, the people involved, the client history, and any existing notes. You add what happened, what changed, and what comes next.

Choose your days, get a text reminder, and set a retry if you miss the call. You can also call in whenever the timing is right.

Your company's DNA.
In every note.

Your team knows what a useful note needs to cover. Prism uses that company DNA to ask relevant questions, recognize what you already answered, and leave fewer gaps for the next person.

A discovery call might need budget, decision makers, and a next step. A site visit might need conditions, issues, and promised work. The questions follow your business and the conversation.

Already covered

“Forty seats. Two training days.”

Prism keeps the scope you gave it and moves on.

Still missing

“What budget did Carol confirm?”

One relevant question fills the gap in the note.

Ready to follow through

“What did you agree to do next?”

The action, owner, and timing stay with the note. If a date is unclear, Prism asks.

Keep the team in the conversation.

Notes on a shared client or pipeline can be available to the people working on that account. Share directly with teammates, or make a note private so only you can access it.

Discuss the details in comments, mention a teammate, and follow the thread. Only people with access to the note can read and comment. Editing stays with the owner.

Private notes stay yours and are not pushed to a CRM.

Keep the promise
after you make the note.

“I'll send it by Friday” should have somewhere to go. Ask Prism to put the next step on your task list, with an owner, a date, and the note attached.

Then let Operator help prepare the work: find the right files, draft the follow-up, or assemble the proposal using the note and the rest of the account's context. Review it before the next action.

The commitment becomes a task with the original note as its reference.

A few things
worth knowing.

Do I have to record the whole meeting?

No. Debrief afterward by chat, voice, or phone. Prism can collect the details without a meeting recording. If you did record the conversation, the transcript can be a source for the note.

How does Prism know what to ask?

Your company's note requirements define the topics that matter. Prism uses the meeting and client context, skips topics you already covered, and asks for missing information. It asks about the next step so the note can lead to action.

Who can see my notes?

Shared notes follow the access you give through the client, pipeline, or direct sharing. Teammates with access can read and comment. Mark a note private to keep it accessible only to you, including keeping it out of CRM sync.

Can I correct a note later?

Yes. Open the note and edit its title or summary, or tell Prism what needs changing. You can also change the linked client, star a note, and restore one from Deleted.

Less to remember.
More to work with.

Tell Prism what happened. Keep the detail, the context, and the next step.

One app. Seven rooms.

Every surface feeds the others. Walk through the rest.
