After-meeting notes

Tell it while
it is still fresh.

Prism turns your debrief into a useful note, asks about what is missing, and keeps the next step attached to the client.

Talk on the way back from a meeting, send a few lines in chat, or let Prism call you. Say it in your own order. The structure and the follow-through are part of the work Prism helps with.

A useful question catches the dependency behind the next step.

The note tells the next person
what they need to know.

The summary, the decision, the open question, and the promised work stay together. Prism connects the note to the client and the relevant deal, so the conversation becomes part of the account history.

An uncertain deadline stays uncertain. Prism can ask you to clarify it, or help check with the teammate who owns it. You can edit the note and its client link afterward.

Summary

Carol wants a 40-seat pilot with two on-site training days. The quote is due Friday. John must approve the security review before kickoff.

Next steps

  • Alex: send the revised quote and pilot plan by Friday.
  • Dana: prepare the security analysis. Delivery date still to be confirmed.

Open question

When will Dana’s reviewed analysis be ready for John?

The note keeps both the agreement and the unresolved detail.

Your Company DNA
gives the questions a purpose.

A discovery call and a site visit need different notes. Prism learns what your team needs to capture, uses the meeting and account context, and asks about the gaps that matter.

Already covered

Forty seats. Two on-site days.

The scope is in the note. Prism can move on to what you have not said.

Still open

Who owns the review?

Your process needs an owner and timing before a proposal becomes a complete handoff.

Learned for next time

Keep the dependency visible.

Your corrections help Prism ask better questions and structure the next note more usefully.

A commitment has
somewhere to go.

Prism can detect commitments in the debrief and create tasks with the owner, due date, and note as a reference. The words you spoke stay connected to the work they created.

Operator can use that context to draft the email, find the approved pricing, and prepare the proposal. When someone asks why a task exists, the note is right there.

Available to the team.
Private when you need it.

A note can be shared through its client or pipeline, or directly with selected teammates. Keep sensitive notes private so only you can access them.

Discuss it in context.

Comment on the note, mention a teammate, and follow the discussion. People with access can contribute without losing the original account context.

Keep private notes yours.

A private note stays off shared client views and out of CRM sync. A mention does not grant access to someone who cannot see the note.

Call at the right time.

Use a post-meeting call or a daily debrief to cover conversations that still need notes. Your calendar gives Prism a place to start.

A few practical details.

Do I have to record the meeting?

No. Debrief afterward by phone, voice in the app, or chat. If you captured the meeting, its transcript can also provide the source material for a note.

What if I do not know an answer?

The gap stays visible. Prism can ask a follow-up or, with your permission, check with the teammate who knows. An unconfirmed date does not become a confirmed promise.

Can I use another language?

Prism supports most languages. You can describe the meeting naturally and work with colleagues whose conversations or source material are in another language.

What if I forget to make the note?

Schedule a call after meetings or a regular catch-up. Prism starts with the calendar and client context, then asks about the outcome and next steps.

Less to type.
More worth remembering.
